Hello!
In this new blog category we would like to introduce you to the music band, "Sons of the Sun", in which one of our team members is the lead singer. He is Daniel Njugi and he started this rock band in 2020. Other members of the band are Dan Wilson Karari, Ben Kigera and Evans Siele.
Rooted in pop, beat, and British rock and roll, their sound incorporates elements of classical music and traditional pop in innovative ways. They are pioneers of Indie Rock in Kenya and East Africa, more specifically in Nyeri where the band is based.
Before going any further into their story we will leave a link here so you can listen to their music on Spotify or YouTube, where you can see some of their music videos as well.
At the moment they are preparing to release a new single on the 15th of April. The title is "Over me". We cannot wait to listen to it and we hope you save the date on your calendars to be the first to know about it!
